My mom told me yesterday was almost hit head on by some maniac kid speeding across a parking lot as she was heading to her car after shopping. Good thing some people helped her!

I almost got hit by a teenager speeding thru gym parking lot and his back windshield ate my water bottle, he came back, threatening a fight which i accepted which then became I’m calling the cops, ok bro there were like a bunch of people saw it and were yelling at him so he drove off with a cracked back window. Like a 99s white Chevy caprice which pretty much says it all.

I mean even as a pro you’re talkin what 80K plus to build and outfit a decent home gym with commercial stuff. I got prolly 15 K in my garage and bought most used. It’s big money

Heaps of great gyms in Vegas. Anybody who has been to them, can you give me / us a swag (scientific wild as guess) as to the ratio of machines to free weights.

It'll be 80 to 90% machines mate.

The modern manufacturers like Hammer, Atlantis etc are incredibly intelligent and the machines just work so well.

They're a million miles away from machines when we were younger.
