Jammer arms will start to annoy you quickly moving them up and down. I’d look at a power r ack and smith machine in one
Wish I had did mine ore covid myself alsoWow I wish we were paying those prices today!
The one I got has all three .Jammer arms will start to annoy you quickly moving them up and down. I’d look at a power r ack and smith machine in one
Which model rack is this? Is the cable pulley and pin loaded weights a add on?
Hey I found it. My page I didn’t see multiple pages. My fault. Looks good!
I fabricated up a piece that makes the jammer arms Omni-directional. That way you’ll get left to right movement along with the up and down movement. Gives a better natural range of motion.Jammer arms will start to annoy you quickly moving them up and down. I’d look at a power r ack and smith machine in one
sounds like a great set up. post a picture if you have timeRogue RM-4 monster rack, barbell, preacher curl bar, dip bar, bench, 1000+ pounds free weights, dumbbells from 20-80 in 5 pound intervals, rack for said dumbbell, landmine attachment, and other various bs like wall mounted barbell holder, weight belt holder, etc. Best investment ever. No public gym in 3 years and its right in my home. No excuses for missing a session. This was right before COVID insanity so prices are way higher than what I paid. Still, money well spent for never having to share a gym with a bunch of dipshits on their phones that are there for a fucking social media account or looking to get laid. Not knocking the getting laid part but still. I’m there to accomplish one thing only and none of that involves social media or getting laid….not that I haven’t broken that rule in my early 20’s..lol
If you have a 20’x20’ space then here’s what I have crammed in there..sounds like a great set up. post a picture if you have time

Titan is basically the Chinese version of Rogue. Same quality as Rogue without the ridiculous price tag. I have several pieces from Titan and each one hasn’t ever let me down.

The Bowflex Max Trainer is a humbling cardio machine for myself. I remember seeing the commercials about people chasing the lil red line to keep up. I don’t think I’ve once caught that damn red line!!!!! And I’m f’n exhausted after 10 minutes on that thing!!!! It’ll definitely give you your cardio workout.Nice set up! Have to say the quality is not the same in the pieces I have. Rogues quality is superior but the price tag is ridiculously high. Titan has a better price point but you loose on customer service and quality. The Titan pieces I have came with metal shavings and shy paint. But for the price, I sucked it up and added my own paint and cleaned it up a bit.
Sorinex is another company that has good quality. But they are a bit pricey as well.
Lmao, I’m with you on the Bowflex being a challenging piece of cardio equipment. Lol, that’s why I asked, how do you like it. Lol, couldn’t agree more, humbling piece of equipment. The Bowflex Max Trainer is a humbling cardio machine for myself. Bummer you’ve ran into issues with some of Titans equipment. I’ve had really good luck with the pieces I purchased.
Sorinex is awesome, but very pricey. I fabricated my own pieces of their equipment myself. Saved a lot of money!

Yeah I fabbed up the Bulldog & the J*Squat. Saved a bunch buy welding it up myself. The Bulldog has soooo many exercises you can do with it! So simple yet super effective!Lmao, I’m with you on the Bowflex being a challenging piece of cardio equipment. Lol, that’s why I asked, how do you like it. My Titan equipment is functionally sound and I can’t really get mad because the price point is awesome. It’s great your equipment didn’t have any issues. I have the 9 pole vertical holder, tib/fib trainer and single leg squat roller. The 9 pole holder was without issue and honestly it offers better protection than rogues holder as it has the plastic sleeves to protect the bar ends.
I have the Sorinex bulldog pad. Absolutely love it for chest supported rows.
Fabricating your own equipment is definitely the way to go. Custom is pretty hard to beat!
