GFS is artificially filled with sodium water....i would love to know how much of that 40lbs is actually chicken and how much is the filler?

Typically most places packages say 10% is what has been added from manufacturers that I have seen. Gordons may be different.

Not sure locations, but restaurant depot has some good meat and a lot of fresh seafood. Not sure if that helps...

Most chicken bought anywhere is going to have been plumped. Unless you buy organic, but I can’t afford $6 per pound chicken. Hell at $6.00 a pound I could eat shrimp/salmon/grass fed burger meat
