Thank you everyone. Main thing for me its another invite to the UKBFF British Championships which was my goal. After the final week i had with setbacks etc, im elated just to get there....So, i NEED to make a few changes, did i say a few???, lol Alot of changes, hahaha and try to somehow bring a different package to the Finals.
You see many Pro's totally transform themselves in a matter of weeks. I know its there diet more than shape etc, but i need a few changes. Unfortunately im not genetically blessed with the full muscle belly look. I seem to get more +ve feedback regarding my condition and muscle hardness/maturity...There nice way of saying im an old git eh, lol.
Well ive discussed it slightly with Phil, Its in my hands to give it110%, infact thats not enough!!
I have a clear run over the next 5weeks with distractions which ive had over last month, ie helping my son research and prep for Navy tests and Interviews, then my own promotional exams tomorrow and a wee little set back or two last week..
Its all good to go.
Ifi can get some pics sorted from somewhere i'll post. I eventually will anyway as the professional show photographer was there so i'll be contacting him in due course...
Ps, for those who ponder and question where to go and what to do regarding training and dieting etc.....PHIL HERNONS THE MAN...Ive been training one way or other for 20year and this year i made the biggest weight/muscle gains ever since being under Phil for a year.
So don't question it....do it!!!
Also for months he told me i was harming myself not using LBA's...eventually i decided to give them a go recently after working out financially they werent any more costly than a food meal....I wish i had listened earlier...they do what they say there going to do...love the stuff. The final weeks in the show prep' that i added them, i kind of transformed rapidly..
