YouTube - Branch Warren train Back!

This video always gets me fired up. He is so damn intense. He hardly rests between sets and is just an animal. He must have one hell of a heart to pump that blood around that massive body in the 95 degree heat of Metroflex while taking only seconds between heavy ass sets!!

Have any of you guys honestly seen anyone train like Branch? I think I would puke within minutes training with him in that heat.

LoL I am going to train like that using Alex's workout in phreaking hot conditions in Philippines next Month. Will post some Vacation pics too next month while I am in Philippines.

Big Chef, a question

How much of a rest between sets do you take? Do you do drop sets like that? I am wanting to go to the next level with my physique and have been trying to burn through my workouts with less rest between sets, problem is, I feel weaker doing it this way, especially trying to stay in 12 rep ranges.

From the look of your picture, you must train pretty fricken intense. Was just wondering how some of the other huge guys on her train as far as rest between sets.
