Reminds me of the time when I was doing seated rows on a cable machine and the cable snapped. I had the stack on there, think it was 360 lbs. It was fine then all of the sudden BAM! I went flying across the room! I wasn't hurt.

LOL. The scary thing is that there is no warning, it just snaps. I flew back probably about 3 feet or so, and luckily there was nothing behind me.
