How much bromo should one take if they are very sensitive to PROGESTERONE???

My bromo experience/research

I've seen 2.5 mg referenced as the normal dose but can go up to 5 mg if you can handle the sideeffects (headaches and nausea are worst).

I got sick at 2.5 and went to 1.25 taken before bed with something sliphly salty as was advised and was fine. Then ramped up after a few days.

Good luck with Bromo- some people can't handle it very well.

In the past, he has been able to handle it...2.5mgs to 5mgs a day, but he was unsure how much to take because he is very very prone to gyno from DECA and TREN.
