I totally misread this title clicking on it thinking that it was something else. I thought it was "Building the Perfect Breast," and I was all over it. I have seen this book online somewhere, though, I'll try and dig it up if I can

What is the "real one"? The book by Author L. Rea? If so, I wouldn't bother reading it. Rea has terrible skills interpreting research and makes lots of poor recommendations. He is not a good source for reliable information or well-thought-out advice.
