Not human. Solid diet. Big fan of fats at night? Do you feel 280g protein is sufficient? What is your weight? I've never ran a higher fat diet and when my fats are above 120g i lower to my carbs to non existent.
Yea I only use the natty pb for taste when i mix in my TN whey/oat meals (I cook the oats and then mix all 3 in the bowl). Then I throw in the rest of my fats with my last meal at night. I try to eat coconut, evoo, and red palm oil every day for health so it makes sense to toss them all in at the end with grass fed beef.
As for my protein amount, I started this diet at my lightest weight ever because I lost 40lbs of muscle from surgery, so 280gh was sufficient. I may increase the protein a bit as I am guessing I already put back on 25lbs in 2.5 weeks on this site combined with training again and AAS (muscle memory is insane)
