Bulk diet, what's yours.

Not human. Solid diet. Big fan of fats at night? Do you feel 280g protein is sufficient? What is your weight? I've never ran a higher fat diet and when my fats are above 120g i lower to my carbs to non existent.

Yea I only use the natty pb for taste when i mix in my TN whey/oat meals (I cook the oats and then mix all 3 in the bowl). Then I throw in the rest of my fats with my last meal at night. I try to eat coconut, evoo, and red palm oil every day for health so it makes sense to toss them all in at the end with grass fed beef.

As for my protein amount, I started this diet at my lightest weight ever because I lost 40lbs of muscle from surgery, so 280gh was sufficient. I may increase the protein a bit as I am guessing I already put back on 25lbs in 2.5 weeks on this site combined with training again and AAS (muscle memory is insane)
 
Mines usually like this:

Meal 1:
1 cup egg whites
2 scoops whey
50g carbs from oats OR a bagel
1 tbsp olive oil or an ounce of nuts

Meal 2-5 either:
8 oz chicken
1.5 cups white/brown rice
.5 cup chickpeas
Tbsp olive oil/coconut oil/or nuts
Or
84g carb from pasta
8oz red meat
Same fat as above

Post workout shake:
75g whey
About 70grams Glycofuse

Intraworkout:
About 70g Glycofuse
EAA

Before bed:
about 70g protein from cottage cheese or a shake
Some type of fat

About 262 right now at 6'2 or 6'3
Bodyfat is about 12-13%

Also (forgot) in our email. I do use peps hence why I'm probably not as fat. And started started pharm grade hgh for dust time.

Tbh I wouldn't post online pics myself, but have sent some to a few members I trust. No real logical reason as im not even breaking any laws in my country, just don't want to be on the Internet. I get why he doesn't want to post them

Regardless of legal or not in xyz country, typically if someone is pushing for sponsorships/competing high level ( if he is with that diet someone should recommend him a prep coach :p ) then they wont want their personal identity in anyway associated with steroids.

Tats, birth marks, or just a unique physique can all be recognized down the line.

I get it.

As far as OPs diet, if your on enough hormones/the right hormones (which is just indicated he is) you can get away with far worse then what he posted, I personally would never do it due to how shitty it would make me feel combined with all the other stuff im utilizing to grow.
 
50g protein/5g added fat for 5 meals. 75g carbs PWO from big ass sweetaters usually with whey isolate.Then 50g PPWo if leg day.

Sometimes for mini cheats my PWO carbs will be lowfat eggo waffles and sugar
Free maple syrup.

If it's a legit cheat I head to the sushi bar and go into destroy mode.
