Like Josh said I couldn't have dialed it in any more than I did, it wasn't possible without teetering around with dehydration, cramping, etc. I was ready and prepared. I was really happy and proud of what I had accomplished and the condition I was in that no matter where I placed I made the changes I wanted to make and i was going to step on the stage looking the way I wanted to look.

I have so many people to thank an call back so everyone plan on getting a call from me tonight/ tomorrow as I slept over 18 hours yesterday, could barely eat my cheeseburger after my show and just drank a little sprite and went to bed on Sat I was spent....I will call all of you guys back I promise when I get a chance to spend a little quiet time with Strongmind before she leaves and rest and recooperate a little.....
