History...almost 50 ....ex power lifter...knee replacement..hip replacement...couple hernia...couple torn pecs....18 spinal blocks lol.
The one company is graciously picking people at random to award!! Said they like detailed logs...so diet and lifting will go in...today was rest day
Breakfast -- steel oats with cranberry and almonds
Snacks..3 chocolate coconut Luna bars lol...love em!
Lunch....2 chicken breast and lotsa broccoli
Dinner...turker burger meat balls with spaghetti squash!
Currently..Test...trenA...clen...t3....EQ.....L- carnitine....fish oil...a daily...D3....
