Anyone try the training protocol that Kevin English and his training partner created called C.A.M.P.? It looks like a pretty solid program. Its a 4 week microcycle program that looks something like this:
week 1 power phase reps 3-5
week 2 hypertrophy phase reps 5-10
week 3 hypertrophy phase reps 10-12
week 4 higher intensity phase drop sets, super sets, ect...
Split looks like:
chest, shoulder
off
back, rear delts
off
arms
legs
off
