hey guys,
i am about to compete in a sports even that is basically a 2-3 minute obstacle course. my conditioning is great, but i was wondering if you guys think taking some caffeine or some accelerade with caffeine before the obstacle course migh t help me shave off some seconds at the end, or give me an extra boost during hte last 30 seconds or so.
