What are some things you take that make you clear headed and have energy?
Can be natural or not, just looking for options
I have chronic fatigue syndrome and I’m always tired

Ephedrine or yohimbine hcl. You just need to play with the dosages. Always best to start low and work your way up. It can be a fine line between a nice energy boost and getting jumpy.

I did about 10 years ago when it was found that I do have sleep apnea, or I did have it, I’ve since lost weight, and I don’t have it anymore, I don’t have to use a CPAP

That's one of the main side effects of chronic fatigue syndrome. She's a doozy

Adderall is an absolute revelation if taken in prescription doses.

But be prepared to feel like absolute dogshit if you abuse it heavily. I am talking deep, dark depression for a couple of weeks until your bodies chemistry rights itself.

Also, make sure its Teva generic version or Adderall name brand. Every other manufacturers version is FAR inferior.

And you had a follow up study to confirm you don't have any level of sleep apnea?
