What do you mean?I almost forgot why I started the thread. The food industry will absolutely have an answer to GLP’s. This is only the start.

Read my original post and the article I linked. The food industry is already researching new ways to bypass GLP’s to make food addictive again to people. GLP’s are bad for their business. What do you mean?
Aren’t there other diabetic drug options that do this WITHOUT the appetite issues, though? The reduced need for insulin, the amazing glucose levels in the morning, and the nutrient partitioning are like using Tren year-round
I’m just glad they called it GLP-1 friendly and not Ozempic friendly #progressDidn't realize there's friendly food choice for GLP-1 peeps.
When the metformin craze was alive and kicking a few years back. I don't recall seeing biguanide friendly foods on the shelves.
There was no pushing after nationals, he got extremely sick the weekend of the show. I forced him to go to the hospital 8 days later as he was sick all week following that show. It all started many weeks before, he went from 250s to 230s a in 3 weeks (He was in the 220s week of the regional show). I was left scratching my head wondering what happened and trying to find solutions, not being told of all the extra compounds he was using. Retatrutide, a grocery list of other research chemicals, waking up at night and taking 36iu of "gh" because of a dream, on top of ephedrine abuse, and all the other PEDS, was no a success by any means. Having 5 cooks in the kitchen is never a success. What he did after the regional show doesn’t take away from what he accomplished physique wise for the regional show. He kept pushing when it wasn’t necessary after. He could have cruised into nationals and walked away with it. But his body did what it has every year for the past like 3 years with ending up in the hospital. Someone asked about running Reta into a prep. He did. He looked fantastic.
It's marketing hype BS. It's bits of a similar twist on what the sugar industry portrayed in the '60s proclaiming fats were bad; sugar was healthy.I’m just glad they called it GLP-1 friendly and not Ozempic friendly #progress
Or just using them to feel better when bulking or cutting as a low dose of them will make you feel better all round. I had a problem with over eating sometimes that is gone but my hunger and my want for 5 to 6 meals a day is always there. Most people initially use GLP-1 receptor agonists for weight loss due to their appetite-suppressing effects. However, as that appeal fades, the real benefits become clear—improved insulin sensitivity, and glucose control. I genuinely think @danieltx is on the right track by using these for bulking instead of cutting right from the start. Compared to Reta, Tirz seems far superior for this goal. The reduced need for insulin, the amazing glucose levels in the morning, and the nutrient partitioning are like using Tren year-round without any of the downsides. It’s only a matter of time before more people realize that the true game is using these for bulking rather than cutting.
Can you explain what you mean hereOr just using them to feel better when bulking or cutting as a low dose of them will make you feel better all round.
GLP drugs are anti-inflammatory; many people report things like joint discomfort gone, feeling overall better, etc. on these drugs. In fact, I have IBS and it's making my stomach much better now that the gastric emptying is mostly gone. Can you explain what you mean here
I’m aware they are anti-inflammatory, just not sure how INHERENTLY anti-inflammatory they are when weight-loss from them isn’t coinciding with their use vs. many other anti-inflammatory things we use (metformin, telmi, omega 3s, curcumin, d3 and c, etc)GLP drugs are anti-inflammatory; many people report things like joint discomfort gone, feeling overall better, etc. on these drugs. When I use a low dose of tirz whether I’m saying more or trying to lose some fat I feel so much better. The anti inflammatory effect, my digestion is better, I don’t get bloated, I don’t feel like snacking, I can eat perfectly well but I can sag no. I know some people say just use your willpower and for years when I competed I did just that but why not have some help. The same people rarely say just use your natural test to get big and ripped. Can you explain what you mean here
For me there is no comparison between the things you listed and tirzepatide, many of those have a place as well but they are just totally differentI’m aware they are anti-inflammatory, just not sure how INHERENTLY anti-inflammatory they are when weight-loss from them isn’t coinciding with their use vs. many other anti-inflammatory things we use (metformin, telmi, omega 3s, curcumin, d3 and c, etc)
this 100% in terms of reta as wellFor me there is no comparison between the things you listed and tirzepatide, many of those have a place as well but they are just totally different
Of course they are different as a whole. I’m responding to simply the aspect and being anti inflammatories…For me there is no comparison between the things you listed and tirzepatide, many of those have a place as well but they are just totally different
I will probably try reta at some point but I also have it in my head of keeping on tirz as it works so well for me and if it’s not broke, don’t fix it.this 100% in terms of reta as well
This would almost be comical if big food and big pharma got into a battle who can win over the fatties...and also illustrates the point many have made. Without actual discipline and lifestyle changes...these drugs are nothing more than a bandaid. Give a man a fish vs teach a man to fish. What do you mean?
I mean how far can they really go though if hypothetically people decide to just stick with clean foods while on glp? This would almost be comical if big food and big pharma got into a battle who can win over the fatties...and also illustrates the point many have made. Interesting. But I'd assume that most people who can't lose weight with diet and activity and resort to this, still eat the same foods they just can't physically eat the same quantities?I mean how far can they really go though if hypothetically people decide to just stick with clean foods while on glp?
Will food companies start adding shit to lean meats and fruit/ vegetables?
GLP-1s tend to change people’s decision making with their food choices. When I was on sema and tirz, foods that I normally loved like fried chicken and ice cream no longer even tasted good.
True I just contradicted myself there. I know when I was on it, eating 2k calories of lean meat was much more difficult as opposed to just a few protein bars then calling it a day.Interesting. But I'd assume that most people who can't lose weight with diet and activity and resort to this, still eat the same foods they just can't physically eat the same quantities?
