Can i get some info on MGF?

i've looked and cant find shit that i could really get anything out of, its a crap shoot on how much to use and how long to use it, i'll let someone else waste $100 per mg and see what happens from there
 
so far i am hearing to use it like IGF ... the same everything so far as far as how much when to and where to use it... From what i am gathering it is a more potent form of IGF in simple terms..

I will let you know more as i learn more
 
Either one or two things....

Maybe it is too new to the market or somebody is holding out on the great gains they are achieving from this stuff. From my scientific research, "Google":), it seems to be a great product. However, I haven't come across any threads on this site or none of the other BB' sites, stating any personal experience with MGF.

The sequencing of the human genome showed that there are only about 40 000 genes. However, there are many more proteins. This is because some genes are spliced to produce different protein/peptides which usually have different biological functions. Combining physiological and molecular biology methods made it possible for our team to identify and characterise a local muscle growth/repair factor (MGF). This we found is derived from the insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) gene by alternative splicing, but, owing to a reading frame shift, MGF has a unique C-terminal peptide. After resistance exercise, the IGF-I gene is spliced towards MGF which "kick starts" hypertrophy and repair of local muscle damage by activating the muscle stem cells as well as anabolic processes. I heard the word mentioned and i am writing a college paper on blood types and the healthy life you may or may not lead because of it.. MGF came up but i am finding it hard to find any real info on it that i can make sense out of without a 10 year degreee in micro science

MGF seems to do pretty kewl stuff but its overall safty has not even been mentioned so who knows what muscles it effects besides teh one you want it to...I suspect it may be over a year before we know anything real about it since it is so clealry a new cutting edge compound...

Where are you reading about this BBD?
 
I began using it 4 days ago. 50mcg bilaterally in the biceps. Some observations:

- The biceps definetly seem more "pumped" and hard most of the day.

- Vascularity is vastly improved so far.

As far as gains go, I don't think that we should expect a huge "tape" growth. Even the most positive research indicated a 25% increase over a period of weeks. This led many peoples to believe that this would mean gaining around 2-3" on their arms (given a "conservative" 15-20% increase). This isn't so... we must consider that the biceps is something like 2/5 of the upper arm muscle mass. Then we should also consider that a lot of the size of the arm is not actually muscle, rather skeletal structure. A 19" arm is probably around 12-14" of muscle tissue. If the biceps are 2/5 of the muscle mass of the UA that amounts to around 4-6". So we could realistically expect a "tape increase" of around 0.75-1.0" at the most. And if this is localized on the biceps it IS a significant gain and will lead to a positive visual impact. However we must be realistic and not expect super important "tape gains".

Now, everything seems to be going good. But then again it might be a placebo effect, time will tell.

Yo Beast your doing 25mcgs in each arm right? and your also doing it in the body part worked as well?

No, 50mcg in each biceps.
 
Am I to believe this is for site improvement? If it goes into the biceps, is it just for the biceps or does it aid the entire body?

Yes it's for site enhancement. MGF is basically the "signal" (growth factor) that tells the body that a certain strucutre needs to be repaired. In other words when MGF increases in a muscle (either naturally in response to training or exogenously) it trigger protein synthesis in that muscle.
