CANNED TUNA

put the usual in . eggs, onions, shit like that and then a little miracle whip and then a ton of chopped up pickles and pickle juice. the juice will make up for not having more miracle whip. i make little servings about 20 grams of protein and eat them once or twice a day between "real" meals.

It's probably already been said a bunch here but boil some eggs then dice up the egg white, throw in a little mayo,relish and onion. Taste good and for me and can eat that all the time without getting sick of it.
 
Just do tuna patties in the skillet or griddle. Easy, cheap, delicious. And you don't have to run around the supermarket looking for ingredients.
 
I agree this is also a really good way to do it. Especially if you get tired of tuna easily. The texture changes a little bit as does the taste and gives it a little crunch.

Don't mean to go off topic but has anyone seen the member Pharm_Fed lately? Reading this thread makes me realize I haven't seen him around in a long time.
 
I just bought a packet of sweet and spicy and its great. I think it was a dollar something. 16 grams of protein. only bad thing is more sodium and 4 grams of sugar.
 
Whats worse then the smell of Tuna? After you eat it and take a shit...

Cant eat hardly at all BUT to me the stuff in the pouches Vs. the can has less oder and taste.

Some pretty good recipes here. I like tuna on the go. A big tablespoon with 2-3 spoonfuls and 2 cans, I'm good for 2hours.

I think I saw his name on another board commenting on a sponsors GH not too long ago. It was actually a link from PM that a member was commenting on a sponsors product who wasn't a sponsor on PM. Just happen to come across his name. He did offer good feedback and ideas.
 
Hot sauce. Try canned sardines too if you want to avoid
Mercury, also with Franks hot sauce.

franks red hot..buffalo style. 0 cal per serving. be careful though if you overdo it you'll feel some fire when it's on the way out

I buy flaked light tuna in water. After draining it I put it in a bowl and pour one tablespoon of walnut oil on it. Neutralizes the fishy taste and the spongy texture.
 
I just mush up half an avocado, tsp of garlic powder, and table spoon of lemon juice per 2 cans to create a sort of guacamole and add it to the tuna. Taste great.
