Hell yeah that recipe sounds great! I'll have to try that one. I would sub some of that mayo for some virgin coconut oil though
 
Can or two of tuna, plain Greek yogurt and some low sodium taco seasoning

Do you drain the water in the ramen and just do flavored noodles?
Or keep it soupy?

Drain the tuna water from can.. then add tuna to top ramen. Everything is cooked separately then added together into 1 large bowl. It ends up a bit soupy from the noodles, but good!
 
Get some sodium free Dash seasoning(many to choose from). Add a little low fat daisy sour cream, and Red hot sauce... Turn that fish shit..to legit.

I was wondering whether it's a ramen soup with all that stuff mixed in, or just the ramen noodles with all that stuff mixed in.

As a snack I usually take 2 cans and drain/empty them into a bowl, crack an egg in it add a pinch of salt and mix it up completely.
Heat up a pan with a little EVOO and fry that sucker up making a little tuna patty, tastes amazing.

Or I mix it with peanut butter on a sandwich because I hate mayo

Man I was with you until the peanut butter deal..sounds awful.
 
I've been using Flavor God seasoning recently on various foods and it's real good.

Personally, I like mixing greek yogurt or cottage cheese with it as an alternative to mayo. In addition to making it more palatable, it also adds even more protein.

This sounds like an amazing tasting tuna cake!
 
I use too also make tuna "burgers" back in the day. Can of tuna plus 1 egg plus a little pancake mix them make a patty and put it in a pan on the stove.

mac and cheese a can of tuna and some bbq sauce , mix it in a bowl and enjoy, you can thank me later

I love this! I put ramen in bowl, add water, put in microwave for 4 minutes, 20 seconds. While thats starting, ill open and drain the tuna. When the microwave gets to about 2 minutes, 30 seconds, ill add the tuna in the bowl.

Once it gets done cooking, ill drain all the water out (i like my ramen and tuna "dry"), add flavor pack, mix and eat!
 
You get a few short years on this Earth, and I couldn't imagine it being fun eating tuna.

If you MUST eat ramen noodles, forget the tuna. Here: take four eggs and separate the yolks into a bowl. Boil the noodles in a small pot and add your "flavoring". Slowly pour the whites into the boiling mix (they'll instantly turn white). Pour it into a bowl or drain, now just add a couple yolks. There. You have egg drop soup with uncooked yolks in 3 minutes.

Over 25gms of good protein, 30gms of the shittyest carbs you'll ever eat and a boatload of salt but cheaper than a single can of tuna.
