lots o tuna
I'm deathly allergic to eggs, bad like I can't be in the kitchen when they're being cooked. Swell the esophagus up so it cuts off the trachea bad.
So, starting way back in about '82 or 83, I started eating tuna, 2 cans a day. Ive eaten tuna so many different ways I forgot some of them.
In the last 32 years, I've probably eaten close to 20,000 cans of tuna... probably ingested my share of dolphin too, before they all started saying they were dolphin-free.
I know my bones should be riddled with mercury and whatnot, but I seem to be alive and well.
Can you imagine back in the '80s, all your protein powders were made with eggs.... when they came out with good whey protein it was like a miracle.
