best thing to do is go on a fast for a day, clean your intestines out. they will need a break after heavy eating..
psyllium husk works very well too..
another easy thing to do is get 2-4 tbsp of spson salt in a glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach, this will draw water to the intestines and colon causing a colonic flush, you'll have the runs for about 18 hrs but you will feel much better the day after... remember to laod up on the gatorade after to replinish electros and water... do this on a fasting day...
