Carb depleting right now
Anyone out there have any tips to make these next couple of days better. Feel like death, hard to move talk, do anything. Let me know if you have any suggestions, of anything I could do or take,

also, have an abnormally acetone like taste in my mouth this morning. Anything to be worried about? Figure it has something to do with putting my protein up to balance the cals when I'm carb depleting. Anyone familiar with this?

The acetone stuff is from you entering ketosis - those are ketones that you are burning.
For energy, a stimulant like Syntheburn will do the trick.

So the ketogenic thing is alright until Wednesday? Nothing to worry about? God this feels terrible. Got heartburn too, body really struggling with all this protein. Can't wait till Wednesday,
Should I change anything to get out of this state? or just deal with it till carb loading begins wednesday?
