CARB LOADING...need a professional to look at this..HELP

Im not sure what to do about my carb loading but heres my plan anyhow

The week before i start carb deplete will be my lowest carb week of the whole diet so im extremly depleted by the time i start carb load. wont be going over 60g CHO on non traning days and 150g on training days

Sunday:- Carb deplete 0g- all energy coming from omega 3-6-9 oil and steak/chiken/eggs e.tc salt added to every meal. 5 litres water

Monday:- Carb Deplete 0g - Same as above with carb deplete workout.5 litres water.

Tuesday:- Carb Delplete 0g Same as above with carb deplete workout. 5 litres water.50mg aldactone AM/ 50mg Aldactone PM + natural nettle diuretic AM/PM

Wedensday:- 1000g Carbohydrate from oats, potaotes, vitagro, rice, pasta. Low sodium. 4 litres water.50mg aldactone AM/ 50mg Aldactone PM + natural nettle diuretic AM/PM

Thursday :- 700g Carbohydrate (same foods as above) low sodium.4 litres water.50mg aldactone, 20mg lasix (half tab) AM/50mg Aldactone,20mg lasix (half tab) PM + natural nettle diuretic AM/PM

Friday:- 500g Carbohydrates(depending on condition up them if im not full enoguh and decrease if im to full looking), is this correct??), low sodium. 2 litres water. stop water at 4pm.50mg aldactone AM,20mg lasix (half tab)/ 50mg Aldactone,20mg lasix (half tab) PM + natural nettle diuretic AM/PM

Saturday:-MORNING OF SHOW, eat carbs if needed (not lookin full enough) Drink sips of water thorugh the day. Not sure what to eat between pre judging and night show, possibly 300g carbohydrtae ??50mg aldactone AM,20mg lasix (half tab)/ 50mg Aldactone,20mg lasix (half tab) PM + natural nettle diuretic AM/PM

Sunday:-NEXT SHOW..300g carbs, higher protein and fat, kieep water and soium to a minimum.50mg aldactone AM,20mg lasix (half tab)/ 50mg Aldactone,20mg lasix (half tab) PM + natural nettle diuretic AM/PM

Number of questions:-
1. Should i stop training legs the week before the show? and stop cardio on the sunday??

2.When carbing up how many meals should i have 10-15??can simple carbs be added in as well for the first stages like sweets e.t.c

3.How much protein needs to be consumed when carbing up? (50% number of carb meals in terms of protein meals)

4.What about fats in the carb loading phase from steak,e.t.c was thinking of having a little milk with mashed potato.

5. Once i wake up on show day and im to flat(no veins cuts e.t.c), what are my options?
*drink more water?

6. After my pre judging on the saturday what should i eat in between (low carb/high carb/high fat e.t.c) and drink until the night show (5 hours later) should sodium be low as well between shows?

7. i have a show on the sunday as well, should i just keep the water low, sodium low and carbs high still depending on conditon?

8. sHOULD I RUN THE DIURETICS RIGHT THOUGH INTO THE SUNDAY TO AVOID REBOUND, SHOULD I DROP THE LASIX???

9. anyone done this creatine load 3 days before??

This is asking a lot of someone and will take a lot of time to figure out. You should hire a trainer or pay someone for their time.........this is a full time job. No offense.

Diuretics aside....

It is impossible for someone to know how your body reacts to carbs. How carb sensitive you are that is. That involves some trial and error, and it would be best to test your carb loading regime prior to the show.

i wouldn't go anywhere near that many carbs. don't ruin everything b4 u step onstage. if it is your first show maybe don't worry about carb loading. show up dry and ripped and keep learning as you go. it won't be worth it to diet, and then eat all that just to step onstage smooth. ripped and dry will always beat big and full. big and full and dry is very difficult to obtain and prob. won't happen your first time out.
 
Do as much research as you can on here.
But I think Phil was right about hiring a prep guy.

The last week is usually the hardest of all and the guys
on here wont give away much information for several reasons:

There is to much detail involved!
Its alot of work!
They dont know how your body responds!
And alot of them are prep guys who are paid for that knowledge!

Im the last person to give advice on this but based on experience.....last show i would have been better off doing NOTHING. I would have done better looking how i did 1 week out than i did on show day. I suggest load earlier in the week....maintain fullness later in the week, lower water at some point but not too soon, and lower sodium on the last day. If you do it this way, water will come off easy. Get in shape and dont do anything crazy.....

but the best thing to do IMO is to hire someone to help for ur first show, then after u know how to do it on ur own

when I do photo shoot, I follow exactly a pre competition diet and for the 1st photo shoot I had I hired someone to help .... now I make it on my own

Very quick advice here, YOU ARE NOT DRINKING ANY WHERE NEAR ENOUGH WATER...........5litres:eek: Bro I drink 3litres at a training session, you need to drink 10 litres per day religiously, so that your body is used to being fully hydrated all the time, come 24 hours before your show cut your intake down to 1 litre for that 24 hour period. You will drop water like a thunder storm. But you are overcomplicating things, esp for your first show. Keep it simple!!
 
some thoughts

if you are asking me , this looks like that you will end up ruining your condition . too many diuretics. diuretics, IMO, are introduced way to early . diuretics only should be used if really necessary. i hope you will look dry and shredded, but if you do this, as you showed above, you will end up looking like a sponge.
did you run trial and errors to see how you even respond to these drugs ?

anyways, when you carb load, you don't necessarily need to watch your protein !
there is no amount set in stone . just start loading the carbs , eat frequent smaller meals and watch your condition in the mirror . the mirror is more important than what you read on your food scale !
lets say thjat you are already satisfied with your fullness on thursday , then you probably could get away with a protein - fat meal day only on Friday . this will even increase an diuretic effect .
then, on show day, try a breakfast kind that you have been craving for a while , if you can get away with it . this ''can'' help with drying you out a bit more and ''may'' give you the desired look.

i definitely would not recommend to drop water so early, especially only 2 liters and with this many diuretics, but each his own .

all the salting with the beginning of the final week , what good is that gonna do ? you are looking for trouble right there .
if you are on track with your condition, then you really should be able to pull it off without diuretics and with tweaks on water and food intake alone .

Im going to give you the honest answer here. This is the whole truth. Nobody is going to extensively help with your final week unless you pay them lol. Follow my advice....be ready...change little....
