Its a toss up between a treadmill and a stationary bike. Personally I like a treadmill better but its hard to find a quality treadmill (used ) for less than 150 that does incline and works decent. So i am thinking of going with a stationary bikes. Saw a few new ones for like 125 that can get the job done..

Does it matter waht you are using to get your heart rate in the 140s for an hour or two cardio a day. Will bicycling so much hinder my leg gains?

I don't think it matters what you use to get your HR to the 140 just as long as its something physical. If you have other living in your house look for something that is quite that you can use at anytime of day. There is nothing worse than waking up to someone pounding the treadmill when your trying to sleep.
