I hate cardio but I need to do it. What pace do you guys go to burn fat? Heart rate? And how long? thanks
 
time depends on you

heart rate depends on you

as well as pace

best for me is

25 to 40 min
h.r. up to 115 not over 140

i can achieve this at 3.5 4 degree incline
 
My heart rate goes up FAST

So im usually on the Stairmaster or Treadclimber at 150-165
For 25-40 minutes..
 
Running sprints I am around 180-190, gets very high quickly for me.

I do 15 minutes of walking though after training, speed 3.5-4.0 incline of 5.

Usually around 130-140.
 
Depending on what you're doing I would stick to 140 to 150 bpm and do no more than 30 mins and an intermediate pace.... mix it up with HIIT you'll be fine....just be consisitent
 
i stay consistently between 130-140 at max. I stay on for minimum 45 min. For fat loss i'll do fasted cardio right in the am or post workout after my body is depleted of glycogen
 
Cardio - How many times per week

Following the beginner M - W - F workout, when does cardio fit in. I do it 4 - 6 times per week at present. Do you do it on your off days? Everyday?
