Cardio questions

Is there really a 'best' type of cardio to do to lose weight and burn fat? Running, incline walking, biking, stairmaster, etc? Any info and personal experience is appreciated.
 
Myself I use tredmill on a steep incline a d go 45-60 in morning on a empty stomach.i let my diet do the harder work.but cardio no matter what kind you pick will only work ,as much as you put into it my friend
 
I like to include my cardio at the end of each workout from 20 to 40 mins, intense enough to have me dripping wet. I either go for the treadmill or eliptical.
 
I always do cardio after a workout. I sometimes walk on a steep incline on the TM, while other times I get on the elliptical.
 
I mix it between incline, escalator and elliptical. Usually I would do high intensity elliptical, medium intensity escalator and low intensity incline in my cardio day 10/20/30 min each. I like intensity elliptical due to it working multiple upper and lower body joints and providing a good warm up and mobility to add to your lifting day I really think it is of double benefit especially in the winter another one I know my powerlifting friend would usually add before leg day is cycling which is better for lower body part mobility than walking due to joint bigger motion
