not wanting to jack "best bang for the buck" thread but i can't help but comment on doggcrapp's input on dosing and where many of us lose focus.lets all be honest allmost everyone of us here has either experienced or is experiencing extra supplementation so to pretend we are angels using our blessed genetics only is comical. i have nothing against sane proper dosing and that goes both ways, don't expect to get "huge" off a tab a day or 2000mg's a week there's just way to many factors in the equation. there now enough of my babble and on to giving yourself some chuckles and opening the eyes of some people in the gym at the same time.
much likes doggcrapp's asprin comment i have used the cat food diet for many years on people. we've all seen the guys walking the gym ready for lift off with thier arms raised so damn high from those "huge" lats ranting on about what they are taking and the latest whatever that stokes thier ego. if i had a buck for everythng i've been accused of being on, oh the life of luxery i'd be livin. the nagging from these guys as to what i'm "on" or what to take and even more comical what they are taking led me to mess with thier heads. i first start talking about cats and how lazy they are but when they see a bird they can jump 10ft and get it from laying around like a mini van mom watching oprah to a hunting machine. then explain to them how they need high quality protien in thier diet to do that or they just can't get that muscle response and thats where a big can of cat food comes in after every workout. look them right in the eye and even give them brands you think "work" best. 9 out of 10 times you won't have to tell them twice and they will be doing it and so hyped they are on your program. give them a month of eating like a fool them tell them truth and watch the lightbulb go off in their head that everything you said about all the junk they were taking before wasn't needed. every person i've done this to has had thier lifts go up and improvements in thier training all because they believed, not because it was a great supplement. our mind is our biggest asset and they soon realize it, then you begin to talk sense to them. damn our fragile egos huh
