Hey guys, I know everyone on here diets to some sort either a cutting diet or bulking diet.... Lets see some example of a Hardcore cheat day. lol. I usually diet Mon thru Sat and cheat all day Sunday!!! Lets see it....
 
asian is always GOOD!!!!! Good ol burger and fries for me today! lol
 
Most of my cheat days include an extra bowl or two of oats or a couple of extra handfuls of almonds. Maybe once every few months I'll eat a slice of pizza. I learned a long time ago that a huge shitty cheat day does nothing but make my body feel like crap for the next few days. I do incorporate refeed days once in a while, but they always include good clean foods.
 
example of what i ate this last thursday (ONE of my cheat days :))

breakfast
5 eggs over easy, 1 large waffle, hashbrown, 2 beef sausages, large orange juice, milk, 2 pieces of french toast, lots of syrup

snack
10 large chocolate chip cookies

lunch
2 steak sandwiches, lots of fries

drinks in between lunch and dinner
2 liters of guava juice, around 5 or 6 redbulls

dinner
3/4 lb cheeseburger with fries, a couple of chocolate chip cookies

snack before bed
around a pint of ice cream and half a jar of nutella..



i know... shameful......................... i should've finished that whole jar of nutella :D
 
1 giant pizza - ex. cheese,pepperoni and mushrooms....or my moms fried chicken with lots of french fries....these are my favorite two....even on my cheat days i try to eat fairly clean except for one meal in which i truly indulge myself.......what i call cheat meal days make it a little easier for me to eat clean the rest of the week....it gives me something to look forward to

If I ate that much crap I would get abdominal pain and such extreme bloating to the point where I would look 9-months pregnant for two days.
 
I definitely don't do cheat days anymore, but a cheat meal is almost always in place each week. I am doing a keto diet for an upcoming contest and Sunday night after leg training has been the traditional cheat meal. This sunday it was

1 frosted donut
1 bottle of goji berry kombucha tea (definitely an acquired taste but I love it)
2 peanutbutter cookies
1/2 order tostada nachos (loaded with beans, beef, cheese and guacamole)
1/2 order chicken quesedilla with sour cream
cheeseburger
fries
small slice of peanut butter pie

Needless to say this morning I woke up and did cardio and was quite hungry and sitting here waiting to eat meal 3 I am STARVING!!!!
 
By the time my cheat meal rolls around I am ready for a break from chicken and fish so my wife and I head to a steak house for my Caesar salad, rolls and butter, a big filet topped with blue cheese, mashed potatoes and raspberry topped cheese cake for dessert.

Geez. Just posting this makes my mouth water.
 
DAMN Buselmo!! now thats a cheat day! lol. Tisk tisk... Finish ur ice creme! jus think you got a week of dieting ahead of you for motivation :D
 
My favorite cheat meal is something Edge250 had me do.

8-9 oz filet mignon
baked potato with butter and sour cream
salad with choice of dressing
bread
pc. of cheesecake with raspberry topping.

usually was enough to satisfy my taste buds until the next week.

That's one hell of a cheat meal - still some good foods in there, but tasty enough to satisfy while not being greasy and full of sodium.

Oh man ha ha that made me laugh pretty good! Yeah Bus, you would probably clear out the house when you did your duty lol.

Gee, that is a pretty clean cheat meal. Even the cheescake prob has more fat in it than carbs? Or what is that ratio? Also try melting some cheddar cheese on your spud, over your butter, then put the sour cream over that, some chives, and then sprinkle some pepper to finish. Bacon bits optional, howver I cannot be sure but I think they might have msg in them. You could always get the natural bacon bits though.
 
Cheat food

Now as far as the cheat food, not necessarily the meal; I have two words for you all: ICE CREAM. I have a love affair with Mocha Almond Fudge, or B&J's strawberry cheescake, oatmeal cookie, phish food, and cinnabun! I also like JIF or Skippy peanut butter from time to time. Oh and Nutella! :angel-s:i

I want to keep it fairly clean. I want it to be a 'shock to the system' but not too much where my GI tract goes crazy for days if you know what I mean. Usually after I eat this meal I feel great....full and happy, without paying for it days on end.

Same here. Love that meal. I feel good after eating that, not shaken. LOL After I eat clean for while and my system gets used to that, I want something hearty and satisfying on my stomach, not liquifying
 
I don't care much for sweets. Don't get me wrong; I love them. But eating like a box of cookies or a pint of ice cream just isn't satisfying to me. The first few bites are what I like but once your taste buds get used to the sugar it just isn't worth it.

When I want to really fill up the belly with tasty cheat food, I usually get a really big sandwich. I absolutely love deli sandwiches.

There's a chain here called Jersey Mike's. Not sure if you guys have it where you live, but they have a meat slicer and make all the sandwiches in front of you. They have a sandwich called the Club Supreme. The giant is 14 inches. Turkey, roast beef (they cook the roast there and serve it rare), swiss cheese and crispy ass bacon. I get it on white bread with light mayo/lettuce/tomatoes/onions

100 grams protein, 120 grams carbs, and I think 60-70g fat or something. It is so goddamn good. And not really a huge cheat at all.
 
Does a game dinner with Boar,pheasant, venison, chicken, rabbit and some homemade wine count?

Thats a good cheat right there! Yesterday was a good day!:D
