So I have been strictly dieting for 10 weeks and my girls cousin came into town and we hit the gym hard doing heavy squats. So I go home have my post workt out meal then a couple of hours later had another meal made up of whole foods. My girls cousin is in town so we have a few people over for a party I decided to relax and have a few beers then I deciced to have my first cheat meal in 10 weeks (i think I deserved it thats a long time for me). So I ate about 5 huge meat lovers pizza slices and two cans of guarana (brazilian soda....i'm brazilian good shit) and not but 30 minutes later I could barely keep my eyes open and passed out....slept like a baby. The next day got back on my diet felt worn out but I was ready to hit the gym. The whole morning had a crazy pump going in my forearms and my veins were popping out. I was like hell yeah bc I was doing back and Bi's in the gym. So to make a long story short I went to the gym and I had huge pumps in the gym....to the point that I couldn't flex my bi's it was sooo tight! My question is has this happened to you guys? and why did I pass out it felt like a insulin shock to the body and the next day have a crazy workout? Weird. My diet is very strict I train under phil then when I have my on cheat meal I have a amazing workout with crazy pumps........Just want to know why? Thanks guys and gals sorry for writing too much.
