Lol I'm going to agree with you here. My macros are so high right now that I have to have a "cheat meal" quite a few times a week just to hit my numbers. I still stay within my macronutrient target so is it really cheating at that point? Lol.
I say person dependent... I did 2 cheats a week ALL prep and was bone shredded as a super. But then I have coached several guys who do not get much out of it other than the mental side
