getting the muscles to work independently of my arms is so difficult. I mean I feel the burn and fatigue in them but so much secondary muscles are being used. Major use of biceps on bench and standing military press as well.. Does any one have any pointers on how to really isolate these major muscle groups. I am not really growing either if you guys need more info LMK thanks...
