Hello all, I am not new to lifting nor am I new to gear but I need some help with one part of my body...the middle pecs, theres no split no visible seperartion, when I was about 23 and in the Army I had it, I had it naturally but then I was about 155lbs and now I'm at 220. I'm not fat or anything its just that as my chest got thicker the split left.
so are there any "Moses" out there that can help me to split my chest?:sta'-wars
