How many excercises do you do for chest?
 
Do you mean exercises per workout or that you have ever done?!?! I assume you mean per workout and for me it's 2.

I mean: exc. per workout...

I do 5, but i think it's to much.

i do 2 also, every now and then tho, i throw in flyes, but very light and at the end of the work out, just so i can do a nice stretch.

Two also per workout, But I alternate between four exercises.
 
Many people here use a HIT type of workout. You don't have an option they can select.

Nor can the people who follow a Dogg Crapp type routine answer your survey.
 
I stick with 2 compund movements then one shaping. the shaping changes every workout. For me that is the best thing

Since my shoulder injury, I have been doing incline barbell and incline hammer strength.
 
I usually do 3 excersises for chest. Flat barbell bench,dumbell incline, and weighted dips.then next workout i will rotate dumbell flat bench,incline dumbell press and decline press.First excersise i usually do 2 warmup sets and 3 work sets (4-6 reps) the rest i'll do 2-3 heavy sets(4-6) reps.No need to warmup again on the rest of the excersises,your already warmed up Low reps seem to work the best for me. sorry for the long thread

I usually do three, but the third is only like one set of incline flyes at the end or one good heavy set on the pec deck. My chest workout always consists of Incline dumbells. That's the base of every chest workout. Then I'll either do incline hammer or flat hammer or maybe even flat machine press. Most of my energy goes to incline dumbell presses though. Ever since Ive made that the base of my workout about a year ago.....WOW huge gains in size, strength and shape have been nonstop to date!!!! Take care.

I always do 2 or 3 exercises of 1 set each depends the routine i have to do this day.
The mayority times i do 2 exercises of 1 set each, thats all...

remember.....
¡ train hard, brief and infrequent.
 
i do about 3-4 exercises
i like an incline movment
flat bench movement
stretching movment
and 1 working set each maybe 2
