what is the best workout u do for the bottom of your pecks

its individual,for me its dumbell-presses.

i completely agree with oldfella about the weighted wide grip dips, but also like db decline flies to hit the inner better. just what has been working for me...
GL

I also like the dips but i tend to lean or tilt my body where the chin is into your chest and dipping at a slant to greater stress the chest area

No question, decline bench or flies.

Decline bench press / Decline dumbbell press.

I find that weighted dips, no matter how you angle yourself, tend to hit the triceps much harder than chest.

thanks bruthas! any more input will be appreciated

Almost the same for me...

I find that weighted dips, no matter how you angle yourself, tend to hit the triceps much harder than chest.

No matter where I lean my shoulders take the brunt of the load when doing dips.

On a side note, my shoulders look great from it. :D

I feel that weighted dips are a great compound exercise to etch in some detal to the upper body. When done at different angles they can work wonders. But yes, the shoulders do take a great pounding on them and look fantastic after a few heavy sets.

I think decline dumbells is the best. I use to do it with a bar but i didnt feel it as much. Hope this helps!!

WIDE GRIP DIPS.;)
