chris it really is good to see you going at it hard again.. Im also glad your personal life has shaped up so you can really concentrate on bodybuilding now. Getting with trop was a WISE decision, the guy knows his shit, you got the two best guys in business in my opinion on your team so you can't go wrong, i expect HUGE things from you bro, i was impressed with your shape at the caveman a few years ago, i just thought you was a tad flat, i know you were preparing for another show, so i understand wanting to peak later. your shape was great though you got a tiny ass waist, for such a big guy... anyway glad to see you blasting it again and good luck!

bulldog21- Yeah, im GENK on mayhem...I tried to go back to chris250 (thats what everyone knows me as) but for some reason I cant use that name anymore...As for weight im not sure, Im just focusing on being my best...

steak- thanks bro, actully some of my time was spent away from the gym to...I just got back to hard training over the winter, over the past summer I was down to 240ish or so...and It wasnt lean muscle...LOL
