Hey Promuscle guys,

Just wanted to give you guys an update on whats going on with me...I started back with Dante at the first of the year, and we made some changes to my training...We added some widowmaker sets to chest,back and delts...I also started doing deads and squats again this past month...The results have been really good...I also, started to work with Troponin the last month...He changed up my offseason eating by adding in 3 high carb days each week and doing cardio in the offseason...

Jawbreakerkid- I have been doing cardio in the morning...My eating has been really clean since the first of the year...Im not worried about how much I weigh (although I have gain about 5-7 pounds the last month) I more worried about having a good look in the offseason, so I can be totally ripped come contest time...

Lucian- Widowmakers are a straight set but done with a deep stretch at the bottom of the movement with a 2 second pause and then blast out of the hole...You start with a light weight you can get 20-30 reps with (for example flat db presses, I started with 40lbs for 28 reps) then each chest workout go up by 5lbs and progress the reps down...Right now, on flat db presses im up to 120lbs (db's) for 14 reps now...What makes them so hard is you have to go super slow so you dont hurt yourself on the lower part of the movement, and with the pause it makes it a real bitch to get them moving on the last few reps...

things are going well and in place here--like to see him at 280lbs even harder than he is here when he starts his prep

As you can see when he asks how to train calves i usually say "hell dont ask me just keep doing what your doing"

Hey thanks guys,

I dont know if this is my best offseason look..But within the next 5-6 weeks im sure I will..My diet is spot on, now that im working with Troponin, and my training is going great with the changes DC and I made...I think this is going to be a great year...I dont have any plans on hitting a certain bodyweight this year, Im just going for a good offseason look so I dont have to kill myself dieting down this year...
