Weight went up this week on low cals and twice day cardio wonder if ive over done it and raised my cortisol had a nice feed last nyt and woke up with my legs like this
Will diet for next week but cut cardio down then second go to maintenamce for couple weeks.
Then second week of august after week away with family will be time to mutate haha will start a log for that have found it helpfull for the contest to keep me more accountable.
The plan is 4 week kick start of a prohormone called heavy duty which is a mix of sd and max lmg thought give that a try looks interesting. Along with this will be 600 test 300 deca for 10 weeks drop the deca add tren at 300 another 10 weeks. Also have 2 bottles of mk677 which will use at 10mg before bed to try. Not sure an ai yet as read so much conflicting info about it will have aromasin at hand but think might leave unless any high estrogen issues appear. If anyone has any advice on this feel free to chip in.
Training will be fortitude training really enjoyed this and saw great changes last time i used it when wasnt using any sups so expecting great things.
Diet will follow dr scotts plan in the fortitude plan high protein carbs around training low carb non training days. I feel this will stop me getting too fat again. Might experiment with metformin once carbs increase but for now dont know enough about it.
