clarification before starting

as some of you might know i am starting my cycle soon. and i have still not come up with definate answers to two main questions....

i know that you should play aroudn with the doesages of armoasin to find out whats right for you but how should i dose it to start ?? ED EOD E3D?

and for HCG i want to start on week four of my cycle... when do i take my doseage compared to my test shot? should it be before my shot on week four or after? how many days before or after test shot should it be taken and do most prefer injecting hcg at night or does it not matter?

Aromasin has a half-life of around 27 hrs so everyday dosing would be better for more even estro control.

HCG is used sooooo many ways and soooooooo many dosages. I have only had experience using HCG for 10 days straight at 1000 per day post cycle as prescribed by my doc.

But with that being said I have heard people raving about using it at 250 the night before each test shot.

In theory, I'd go ED with it or EOD. Then if you feel it's too much, maybe take a few days (or as long as it takes off) to feel better (or reduce the ED doses to very small ones for most stable levels, but this'll take longer to feel better).

For me, I felt like ass, so I took some time off the AI and then ended up going like E4D and it was good, but that's not for everyone. I'm really sensitive (or didn't need it) I think next time I use it Ill use smaller AI doses ED if using more gear or just use Proviron (which I love) for lower AAS doses.

Adjusting AI's perfectly has been tricky for me. Good luck with it, Bro.

Aromasin is best used everyday, Hcg, I have always done my 2 days before my other pins.
