I seem to get the best results from the tabs, I try to take about same dose whether taking powder, gel or tabs but for some reason the tabs give best results. Only thing can put it down to is powder and gel are vet grade, while tabs are human. deffinatley one of favourites for getting lean and hard !!!
The way I do clen is one day on next day ECA stack then clen.... but use aspirin on days of clen as well. Clen usually stops working after 3 weeks if used straight so if do it this way will work for a bit longer hopefully up to 5 weeks.
started on 15mcg 2x day then every 4 days up it 5-10mcg depending on how my body feels with the dose. Currently taking 30mcg twice day , will prob go up to 50mcg max.
You take clen with food it won't hit you as hard when it comes to the shakes.
Try taking it on an empty stomach in the morning and then do a workout. The shakes will be so bad, you can stay still without moving and you can actually feel your organs inside you shake LOL
For fat loss effects, it doesn't make a difference when you take it.
I have only used the powder and the gel, and I have never got the results that people rave about. I do lose fat, but not that quick to think it's anything special. Maybe I should try the tabs.

3 years ago when i was holidaying in Greece, my mate who owns a gym in Athens had a couple boxes of the Bulgarian Clen tabs sitting on his desk. I only knew about the powder at the time. He told me to take the boxes and try them
I was in relatively good shape at the time and i remember clearly how much more potent the pills felt. I swallowed 2, i think they were 20mcg each and i was shaking like elvis presley.LOL Now i never shaked or felt the "kick" with the powder although the gel does work a little better
