Thinking of trying clen for the first time.
Week 1- 60 mcg daily
Week 2-4: 80mcg daily
Week 5-7: 100 mcg daily
This is not carved in stone im going to see how my body feels and judge my increases from there. Im 11% b.f. right now just trying to cut to around 7%.
does this seem normal......Should i follow up with anything when im finished
