they say use it 2 weeks on then 2 off with the benadryl- think thats the protocol. I tired using it 2 on 2 off and was just taking claritin at the time. It worked for me. Dont expect miracles though, Im assuming this will be your first time. For some the sides are bad enough that its not worth using. I found that the sides and risks outweighed the benefits and stopped using it. If youre using liquid, IMO that is not safe. Ive heard too many cases of guys getting ahold of stuff that is over concentrated or taking too much volume for the dose because they got confused. Stick with the tabs from a legit company. they are cheap anyhow. Take too much of that stuff and you can die, its not joke. It is very hard on the heart at high doses or what would be considered an overdose. Ive known people that took one tab and then swore they would never take another, so it affects everyone differently. I did not have an experience that bad.
They have done research on mice that shows cellular death in the heart at high doses.
Ketofin allows you to take it longer???????? Is that the best thing to do? All i am saying is be safe and do your research. Dont just jump in an start taking it without knowing your product.
I have done clen b4 but my body got use to it real fast so my alternative was to up the dosage or drop it. The whole hand shaking thing pisses me off, seems like im some crackwhore lol . Someone told me to go 2 days on of roughly 100 .mg of clen then 2 days on ephdrine at 100 mg and I would be to go on for 6-8 weeks
some people can have very bad anxiety attacks on this shit,. just start of very low, like dude above said, feel it out, id stay on it only 2 weeks and off 2 weeks
My wife has been on it without cycling off every 2 weeks and Ketotifen has done the trick to upregulate her receptors. Shes been on 7 -8 weeks along with T-3 and it seems Ketotifen has a synergistic effect on clen because shes getting a better boost on 120mcgs than she was on 160mcg without Ketotifen.
I would agree with above reponse about the risk out weighing the results, IMO I would stick with a good diet and maybe try a ECA stack or T3. I myself tried the Clen and I am a expresso junky and have done harder stuff recreational wise and the clen F'ed my ass up, not cool in my book.
