Roy Mason. He has the all time 60+ masters deadlift world record in the 165 weight class by deadlifting 545 lbs at the age of 69 years old. In this video, he deadlifts roughly 485 lbs at 76 years old weighing only 151 lbs.

I saw Ronnie compete in his first pro show at the IronMan Pro. It was also Flex Wheeler’s first pro show. Both had tiny waists and both like looked phenomenal!!! Flex won! Ronnie got 3rd.
