Whats up guys? I just started back lifting after a 5 month layoff. Before I quit lifting I was benching 275 for 6 reps. I just started back and I am struggling with 205. I mean I am getting like 5-6 reps with it. This is my second week of coming back. I have gained a little bodyfat so I am a little heavier than I was before I quit lifting. When do you guys think I will get my strength back?
