Coming Back

Few bro's now me here (sup xcel). Just wanted to say sup to the bro's.

I've posted this before but On April 17th,2003 I took a baseball bat beating. The guy was 6'2 Im 5'8 and in court he said he was afraid of my size, what a joke.

Since he took an extra swing when I was out on the noggin he got 17yrs in a NYS prison. Anyway The road back was hellish, headaches non-stop, then even worse detoxing off all pain meds.

Now Im about 3 weeks back into training and DoggCrapp has got me very near post head tramua injury. Good to be back

I hear you on the head aches. Had 3 concusion blackouts from football. Still have terrible nights.

I've had a ton of computer problems and have only been checking in here, not getting to other boards like yours Actually, I'm still trying to recover and get things back to normal.

My neurologist told me, "just dont push it until at least, the day fluid stopped leaking +3months)." Fluid/bood stooped April 21st, so I pushed it up 3 weeks or so lol. Anyway training DC's way Im very clost to pre ballbat personal bests. Another 2 or 3 weeks and Im back to my old self.

I did my 1st serious lower body workout July 17. Exactly 3 months to the day of the incident. No headaches, no vertigo, just the badass nausea from a balls to walls leg workout. I was in pain all weekend, still feel a lil in the hammies.
