Compete in Los Angeles

Hey everybody - those of us who live and train here know that the days of Southern California bodybuilders dominating the sport sadly are over. There are still 7 or 8 major NPC national qualifiers in the LA area every year, but the quality of the competitors has gone downhill in recent years and audiences are dwindling. Physique Team International is a local bodybulding and fitness marketing group looking to sponsor top amateur competitors from around the country to compete in LA and infuse some much needed life back into what used to be the Mecca of our sport. is the sponser offer good for international bodybuilders or just those who lives in the USA?

US athletes are preferred, but it truly depends on where you are located. What country are you from?

I'm in the UK bout 40 minutes north of London.

Unfortunately most of the LA area national qualifying shows require US residency. There are ways around it as two major shows in 06 were won by guys from overseas (one from Japan and one from Hungary). But to be legit, we are really seeking US residents to come here to compete.
