competition cycle question

does it really make a difference how much krank you are shooting for a show say if a guy walks up with 1 gram and another with 5 grams, will the guy with 5 grams be hidered because he might be holding extra water, the reason i ask is i was told to not take to much when i walk on the stage but if i am takin arimidex and dieruetics is there going to be an issue of how much krank i take i just didnt consider that a problem. my last show i took alot of gear walked up loked great but maybe i could have looked better. pls only reply if you have competition background and knowledge. thank you

um...define "Krank" im not too familiar with such a technical term

you have never heard the term maybe it is some term just used around here its a general term used for steroids

Some guys just retain more water than other's it's very individual.

Those last few weeks leading into a show you shouldnt be running anything that would make you hold much water. Such as Prop, Tren Ace, Winny, etc. Add in things like Arim, Nolva, Proviron etc, diuretics and what not.

I mean I've ran test Enth and high dose of Deca going into my first show and was very hard. But I dont tend to hold much water from AAS.

What show are you planning on doing?

i did the sandra wickham fall classic got first in heavy weights i am not doin another show till july 18th BC's what about you, you compete out here in bc

Congrats on your class win! I am friends with Mark who won the show. Yes I do, taking this year off though because of shoulder surgery, but will be back in '09 for the Prov's once again and the Nationals. It will be nice because I havent been able to train heavy or how I want for the last couple of years so it will be nice to come in with more size for once.
