If someone is contest prep and has no problem with lactose...Is there any reason why they shouldn't drink it in moderation? I am talking about 8-10oz. at the most per day. I currently drink 8oz. of skim milk with my LBA's in the morning half of the day. Just want to see your thoughts.

Do not worry I am not talking about a freaking gallon of whole milk per day:confused::eek:

No milk for Me, IN FACT NO SOURCE OF DAIRY AT ALL.

Dairy is a poor form of food. I dont like it it bloat me up, Make my skin look like shit,i retain water on this,give gas

Im even thinking about dropping Whey Protein.
 
just because its poor for you doesnt mean that others cannot benefit from it.

stay away if you feel bad on it, but if you dont, why limit yourself pointlessly?
