So here is the plan, things that may change are a) a50 for last 30 days, if i hold water which usually i do not on a50 for whatever reason then they stay. T3 dose may change depending on where I am at. Trying to track down some Halo, but hard to come by up here now that upjohn doesn't produce it. Also Profine is from underground lab up here and is 150mg prop/100mg TRen per ml and last 20 days in column one are water based product which is 50mg test/50mg winny/50mg of tren per ml.

The sheet is an excel sheet, but can only post in certain formats, so if you have a look, just delete the .txt off end or rename the file to something.xls and will open in excel, only way for formatting to work.

I just don't believe that 'drol has any benefits being in a pre-contest cycle other than the last 3 days. "You" may not hold water as much as most people on it, but I'll be it still causes you to hold some - and you want every edge that you can take advantage of. Kinda like me saying cookies and ice cream don't make me fat, so I'm including them in my pre-contest diet - there's just some things you don't do

Starting them far enough out that i can cut them if i need to. I see what your saying and agree, but does also keep me full and hard.... anyhow time will tell, I would sooner have them on hand then wish i had them.
