Contest on April 27th -need advice
Help guys
I am 2 weeks out from my show and need all the advice pointers, tricks and things I can do .
Worry about water and sodium depl and carbing up.
Worry about losign few pounds before.
All competitors need you help.

focus: fill out & dry out
These last two weeks are not the time to worry about excess fat. Your BF should already be low, no time to worry about that now.
There many(thousands) ways to prepare these last two weeks, BUT ALL of them should focus on these two things..... full muscle with minimal extar cellular water.
What kind of system did you have in mind?

I myself and two weeks out and worried about everything as well. I think this is normal and good at the same time. My thought is if your in the shape you need to be in just continue as is. If not definitely get it in gear. However, Im sure your where you need to be. Wyldeone has a good post on the renegade board about the last couple of days before the show and what to do in between prejuding and night show. I forget which post it is but its at the top. If not do a search and check the author.
Basically he states to carb deplete Mon,Tue,Wed then begin carb loading on Thurs with 1st meal being oatmeal then the rest being yams, sweet potatoes (sticking with complex carbs except russett potatoes due to too much starch). Maybe go 125-150 on carbs Thurs and depending on how you look (dry,flat, etc.) make minor adjustments. Friday night have 4 plain rice cakes with jam on them. Saturday morning have 6 oz. eye of round steak with 1-2 pancakes with lots of syrup. 2 hours before you step on stage sip on an ultrafue with 20g creatine and 20g glutamine to help fill you out. Hope this helps and good luck on your comp.
P.S. The only other thing I would have to recommend is POSE,POSE,POSE until your doing it in your sleep the last week.

Thanks mainevent I wil check out that post on renegade. What show are you competing in? What weight class?
Vastus, the system I have in mind is any that will get me full as fu*& and dry as a bone. I have low body fat currently just need to be a little tighter which I think will come from drying out. So any thing that will do it. I do not care how exrteme, I just want to be tight. Thanks guys

The post on the gade is Carb Sources-best for carb loading. Im competing in the Upper Ohio Valley BB show in upper West Virginia and then 3 weeks later the Mike Francois show in Columbus, OH. Im currently 194 lbs and around 5% or less bf. Thing is I started at 205 lbs at 17% bf. Go figure. My body loves contest prep I guess?

Have you guys heard of yohimbe making you hold water or that it has anti-diuritic effects? I am using it transdermally currently and was wondering when to stop?

I also have a problem area (my wife pointed out to me last night) in my back just above my trunks. A little fat and loose skin, what can I do to get rid of this in the next 9 days?

I have same problem not much you can do, i have it in front by belly button, looks like shit when do abs... but prep H helps somewhat.
