I'm not trying to be negative but you are not carrying alot of muscle there. I would also like to see your legs because most of the time big legs comes with heavy lifting & high calories which usually will make the waist a little bigger.
I see your point. I'm not hiding them its just no relevant to this thread about decreasing waistline only. To be honest I only hit my legs about 4x in the last 16 weeks. If you read my other post I talk about tearing my groin muscle on this diet, another reason why I did so much pool work. Also I'm not a bodybuilder so being "big" is not a goal, my other thread in the picture forums talks about my new goal of losing about 15lbs of muscle to increase speed/endurance. This is the same reason why I said I wouldn't recommend my dieting techniques like Intermediate fasting to bodybuilders. My legs are never used in shoots so I didn't make them much of a focus, here is a pic from the same time frame though with my phone:
