Hi guys,
1 month after my show and im still wattery...
Contest weight: 168 lbs
This morning weight: 213 lbs

Been doing a relaxed carb cycling with 4 high days (training days) and 3 low days (non training days). Cheat meal 2 meal per weak or so... hard to avoid some good foods and all the people inviting me to friendly dinners ehhee (sushi, brazilian meat buffet, pizza and indian restaurant ehehe).
Cardio is 15 min after weight training and 45 min 2 times per week first thing in the morning.
